Everything you need to know before the big event

Travelling for the Wedding
We are coming from abroad. Where can we stay?
First of all, we thank you for traveling from afar to be with us on such a special day. We truly appreciate this gesture. We recommend you visit our Planning page, which includes tips and ways to organize your stay in the area as well as our Activities page, for some suggestions for possible tourist destinations. Additionally, you can find discounts for some services (Hotels and car rentals) reserved for event participants.
When should I confirm my attendance?
We kindly ask that you confirm your attendance by August 20th. However, as the wedding is taking place in another country, we strongly recommend booking your accommodation as soon as possible to ensure there are enough hotel rooms available. Confirming early will help us organize the event smoothly and guarantee you a wonderful experience. You can confirm here or reach out to us directly.
What are the typical costs in Moldova?
- Food – Prices vary depending on the type of meal chosen. In a regular restaurant/café, a meal should not cost more than £15 (excluding drinks). Luxury restaurants will have similar prices to those in other parts of Europe, but the quality of the food will be exceptional for the cost.

If you flag down a taxi on the street, make sure you have cash.
How much should I tip?
Tipping is preferred but not mandatory, and if done, anywhere between 5-10% would be sufficient.

Wedding Venue and Party
What time do I have to arrive?
We look forward to welcoming you between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please arrive by 7:00 PM.
How do I get to the event?
The best way to get there is by taxi. The address is Lago Event Park, Danceni. We are trying to ensure transport to and from the venue, but we will update you later.
Where can I park?
The estate has a large parking lot that will be at our complete disposal on the day of the event. Once you arrive at Lago Event Park, the valet will help you to park your car. However, we would recommend getting a taxi, as it is just 20 minutes from the city centre, and you can have fun at the party.
Can I bring flowers for the bride and groom?
We appreciate the gesture, but it is not necessary to bring flowers to the wedding. The venue is surrounded by nature, and its beauty will create a special atmosphere. We are excited to have you with us, and that is all that matters to us!
Can I give a toast at the wedding?
Absolutely, we’d love for you to! If you’d like to give a toast, please let us know in advance so we can ensure there’s time to include it in the schedule. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!
Can I bring children?
While we love children, our venue has a specific policy regarding this. Unfortunately, the event space is not arranged to provide the comfort needed for young ones to have a successful evening, so we cannot include them this time. We do, however, hope that you, the parents, see this as a perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy some time just for yourselves – a well-deserved break!
What time will the event end?
The event is scheduled to end around 4:00 A.M.
Dress Code
How should I dress?
The dress code is formal, with an emphasis on elegance.
One note for women: According to Moldovan tradition, the color white (or very light shades like ivory) is reserved exclusively for the bride. We suggest avoiding these colors.
If you have any doubts, feel free to send us a message, and we will provide guidance!
What shoes should I wear?
Wear something stylish that matches your outfit, but make sure it is comfortable – you’ll want to dance all night with us!
